At the heart of our company is owner and operator Joshua Young, a fourth-generation Master Plumber proudly continuing his family’s legacy.
A Family Tradition Built on Experience
Plumbing has been part of the Young family for generations. Joshua’s journey began at a young age, growing up in the family business—following behind his father, Keith Young, and his grandfather, Kenneth Young, learning firsthand what it means to work hard and do the job right.
As a teenager, Joshua spent his summers working as a plumbing helper, gaining hands-on experience and learning the value of quality workmanship, customer respect, and integrity—principles that still guide Young Plumbing today.
After high school, Joshua made the decision to serve his country by joining the United States Navy. He proudly spent four years on active duty, serving during Operation Iraqi Freedom.
That time instilled discipline, responsibility, and a strong work ethic—qualities that continue to shape how he runs his business and serves his customers.

Following his military service, Joshua returned home to Bethlehem and rejoined the family trade. He completed formal trade school training, continued learning from multiple generations of plumbers, and earned his Master Plumber license in 2011.
In 2017, he became an ASSE Certified Backflow Tester, expanding Young Plumbing’s ability to provide specialized, code-compliant services for both residential and commercial clients.
Today, Joshua is the proud owner of Young Plumbing LLC. He remains actively involved in every aspect of the business—meeting with customers, preparing proposals and estimates, working in the field, and managing day-to-day operations.
